As well as our Building Division we also have a Civil Engineering Division of professionals who will welcome all enquires from sea defences, bridges, general infrastructure works to drainage and retaining walls.

We quote for building works from documents ranging from complete bills of quantities, with a project value of £3,000,000.00 +, down to a set of planning and building regulation drawings and on some occasions we quote resulting from just a site visit and verbal instructions from a prospective client. We are also asked by some clients and professional bodies to provide fast budget advise to check a projects viability.

Our senior estimator "Mr Mike Pugh" has more that 40 years experience and ensures that all tenders, irrelevant of size are treated in the same way.

We currently receive over 200 tenders a year, which we currently enjoy better than average success at competitive rates.

We achieve this by working very closely with our procurement department to ensure we are using the most competitive up to date prices, and by building up strong partnerships with local subcontractors.
