DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Hannon Young have been involved as a joint venturer in a variety of Developments throughout the South West in the past 6 years.  This has been brought about as a result of demand from clients who particularly want a contractor commitment with a shared responsibility and involvement in their project.  More often than not these joint ventures are established with an agreed target cost to the benefit of all involved in the development.
