At Hannon Young we believe that today’s young employees are tomorrow’s future managers. We are one of the largest employers in the Teignmouth area and actively employ from the region.

Our investment in training is based on the needs identified by our people themselves and their managers.  We actively encourage people to develop their personal potentials, build on existing skills and grow those which will drive the business forward. 

Throughout our 20 years of trading we have successfully trained many craft and professional people.

In 2008 four of our younger employees qualified as Engineers and Surveyors. We currently have three young employees studying Engineering, Surveying and Carpentry.
